　　安哥拉兔（Angora）是世界的毛用型兔品種，長毛兔的一種。根據國際ARBA組織數據記載，源于土耳其的安哥拉省。另一種說法是起源于英國，由法國人培育而成，因其毛細長，有點像安哥拉山羊而取名為安哥拉兔。安哥拉兔大約有五個品種，以英國安哥拉，其余分別是法國安哥拉、德國安哥拉、緞毛安哥拉和巨型安哥拉。

　　特征：身體呈橢圓形，它們的耳朵，眼及腳部關節(jié)以下的地方都沒有長滿毛，全身的毛長 2.5 - 3.5英寸，而毛質就比較粗糙，亦不像其他安哥拉兔般平滑(較不易打結)。多種顏色毛，如黑、藍、白、淺紫、銅鐵色、乳白等。
