三、飼養(yǎng)管理

成兔一般是一個兔子一個籠子，這樣管理起來會比較方便，而且長毛兔的體型比普通的兔子要大很多，所以也能讓它們有充足的空間進行自由活動。但幼兔則需要在養(yǎng)殖的過程中進行分籠管理，并注意母兔和公兔要分開飼養(yǎng)。只需要喂養(yǎng)三次，分別是早中晚各一次。白天主要是以草料為主，而晚上則以精料為主。飼養(yǎng)中需要注意每天都要按時喂水。

長毛兔的日常管理需要及時清理養(yǎng)殖場以及兔舍的衛(wèi)生，并且每次喂食之后要及時清理食物殘渣。每隔五到七天需要對養(yǎng)殖場、兔籠以及飲水槽和飲食槽進行，以防細菌感染。
