一農(nóng)戶養(yǎng)殖長毛兔200只，剪毛后三天死亡50多只，經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場解剖和實驗室檢測確定為剪毛引起的應(yīng)激和通風(fēng)不暢引起的急性巴氏桿菌和波氏桿菌混合感染。

　　原因：看似由于疾病引起的死亡，其實仔細(xì)分析主要原因還是應(yīng)激， 秋季以后進(jìn)行了封棚，封棚以后雖然保暖得到保障可是沒有把通風(fēng)和環(huán)境考慮進(jìn)去，剪毛沒有提前做好準(zhǔn)備，引起應(yīng)激。 秋季剪毛要提前做好保暖和應(yīng)激處理。

　　Reason: Although death may seem to be caused by illness, upon careful analysis, the main cause is still stress. After autumn, the shed was sealed off, and although warmth was ensured, ventilation and environment were not taken into account. The shearing was not prepared in advance, which caused stress. 　　解剖癥狀：肺部出血嚴(yán)重，氣管粘膜出血，腸道黏膜充血和出血，腹腔內(nèi)有大量積液，有的肺內(nèi)有膿包，沒有腹瀉癥狀。實驗室確診為急性巴氏桿菌為主的混合感染。

　　Anatomical symptoms: Severe pulmonary bleeding, tracheal mucosal bleeding, intestinal mucosal congestion and bleeding, large amount of fluid accumulation in the abdominal cavity, some with abscesses in the lungs, and no diarrhea symptoms. The laboratory confirmed mixed infection mainly caused by acute Pasteurella.

　　處理：加強(qiáng)通風(fēng)和，注意以前要根據(jù)天氣，要在天氣晴朗和溫度變化不大的時間進(jìn)行，在進(jìn)行剪毛前要防止應(yīng)激（電解多維和環(huán)丙沙星）和進(jìn)行處理。

　　剪毛的時間要計劃好，盡量選天氣暖和的時候剪毛，要在上午剪毛，下午太晚了盡量不要剪，上午剪了毛后，到晚上這段時間讓適應(yīng)。剪毛以后給兔子喝一點溫水，吃點抗應(yīng)激的藥物。遇到冷空氣的時候盡量不要剪毛， 秋天長的時間長點對兔子對兔毛質(zhì)量都有好處。如果需要剪毛，可以采取剪被部留腹部，也可以剪腹部留背部的辦法，還可以剪左邊留右邊，或者剪右邊留左邊。等另一半兔毛長一點再剪留下的一半，這種剪毛的方法特別適合用電推子剪毛，因為用電推子剪毛剪的太短，把兔子身上的毛全部剪光，兔子受不了。這樣剪毛稍微麻煩一點，可是對兔子健康很有好處。是在大冷到來以前把兔毛剪掉，冷的時候不用剪毛，冷的天氣，時間就是那一段， 秋天的兔毛長點對兔子沒有影響。
